My payment has failed. What should i do?
When you have the new card (or change of address details) please update this information by CLICKING HERE to enjoy continuity of classes using the current agreement.
Simply click on the Agreement ID number and select the button at the top of the page called “Change Payment Details” for expired cards, or select “Change Contact Details” if you have a new address. You will then need to click the “Retry” button in the “Continue Attempting Payments” field of the Agreement Details page. Your payment will then be processed within the next 24 hours.
